INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

Due to the amendment coming into force to the Spanish Information Society Services Act (“LSSICE” in Spanish) introduced by Royal Decree 13/2012, the express consent must be obtained of users of all websites that use cookies that are not indispensible before they can browse the websites.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies and other similar technologies, such as local shared objects, flash cookies or pixels, are tools used by web servers to store and obtain information about its visitors and to ensure the correct functioning of the website.

THE COOKIES USED ON THIS WEBSITE

PHPSESSID: This is a technical and strictly required cookie that contains the session identifier. It is deleted once the browser has been closed.

_lang: This is a technical and strictly required cookie that contains the session language. It is deleted once the browser has been closed.

ac_cookies: This is a technical and strictly required cookie that contains the value of whether or not the installation of cookies has been accepted. It expires 1 year after the latest update.

_ga: This is a Google Analytics cookie that enables the tracking function of single visits. This cookie is installed the first time a user visits the website through a browser. When this user enters the website again with the same browser, the cookie will consider it to be the same user. It will only interpret it to be another user when the user changes the browser. _gat: This cookie is associated with Google Analytics. It is used to limit the speed of the request, limiting the collection of data on high-traffic websites. It expires after 10 minutes.

_gid: This cookie is associated with Google Analytics. It is used to identify users and expires after 24 hours.

HOW TO DELETE COOKIES FROM THE BROWSER

Chrome

  1. Select the Tools icon
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Show Advanced Options.
  4. In the “Privacy” section, click on Content Settings.
  • Delete cookies: Click on All Cookies and site data
  • Do not allow cookies to be stored.
  1. Click on Delete browser data (Clear Cache).
  2. Close and restart the browser

Internet Explorer. Version 11

  1. Select Tools | Internet Options.
  2. Click on the General tab.
  3. In the “Browsing History” section, click Delete browsing history on exit.
  4. Select Delete files.
  5. Select Delete cookies.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Close and restart the browser.

Firefox. Version 18

  1. Select Firefox | History | Clear recent history.
  2. Beside “Details”, click on the down arrow.
  3. Select the following check boxes: Cookies, Cache, Active logins
  4. Using the “Time range to clear” in the drop-down menu, select All.
  5. Click Delete now.
  6. Close and restart the browser.
